About Me

I believe that in life, and in real estate, authenticity matters above all else.

I've got 25 years in the real estate industry, with the first half of that in commercial and corporate real estate leasing, acquisition and development based out of San Francisco with transactions nationwide. I've been selling residential real estate in beautiful Tampa Bay since 2006. Most recently, in 2018, I joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, one of the area’s most successful brokerages. I primarily serve Palm Harbor, Crystal Beach, Ozona, Dunedin and Safety Harbor, yet happly help clients sell and purchase homes throughout Tampa Bay. “I’m thrilled to be a part of Coldwell Banker because I’m able to serve my clients by providing them with an unsurpassed level of local, national and international listing marketing and services and extraordinary home search and market insight capabilities.

I think it's important that my clients know that my commercial corporate real estate background gives me a unique advantage over your typical real estate agent. As just one example, I was trained by and regularly worked with many of the country’s premier real estate attorneys and am an expert in the art of negotiation. In a residential real estate transaction, one has to negotiate with buyers and sellers, their agents and sometimes even home inspectors, contractors, lenders and appraisers. I'm really proud of my ability to make even the most challenging situations a win-win for all involved.

I moved to Palm Harbor and Crystal Beach in 2004, and chose the area because I've always been a beach person. It's family friendly, the water's warm, and the sunsets still face west like they do in San Francisco! That was a huge move, and if you're considering a relocation to Tampa Bay, please know that was the first of many relocations I've managed :-).
